Spinach, Ham and Cheese Bruschetta

Spinach, Ham and Cheese Bruschetta

ingredients for 4 portions

4 thick slices of farmhouse bread (or whole grain bread)
4 handfuls of baby spinach
10 thin slices of cured ham
1 packet Entremont Spécial Pizza cheese
10-15 dried tomatoes
2 cloves garlic peeled and cut in half along the length
Olive oil
Fleur de sel and ground pepper


Toast the bread until golden but not stiff.

Rub one side with half a garlic clove.

Spread the chopped dried tomatoes over the slices.

Add the Entremont Spécial Pizza cheese, sprinkle with oregano and bake in the oven at 190°C for 5-10 minutes.

Add the slivers of cured ham and the fresh spinach leaves.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the top.

Serve immediately.
